Capturing an event is about more than simply stitching together nice-looking footage of the occasion and setting it to music; it's about capturing the important details, then crafting a compelling narrative out of carefully selected and edited soundbites and visuals to recreate the feeling of what it was like to be there in the moment.

E'Town Day Celebration 2025
SAnta Clara County World AIDS Day Event
Observed every December 1st since 1988, World AIDS Day is a time when those impacted by the virus share their experiences, remember those lost, and stand together in the fight against HIV. I shot and edited this highlight video of the event for the Santa Clara County Public Health Department.
Shades & Shapes Photography Event
Shades & Shapes brings together models, photographers, and hair & makeup artists of all backgrounds and skill levels to participate in a unique photo-shoot event centered on creativity, community, and empowerment. When consulting with the event organizers on how to approach the project, we decided that instead of interviewing them for the video, to exclusively shoot testimonials of attendees, with the intention of placing the viewer in their perspective.
Silicon Valley Comic Con 2017 Trailer
While working as the head of video production for a Bay Area-based creative agency, I pitched the idea of covering the second annual Silicon Valley Comic Con. Co-founded by Stan Lee and Steve Wozniak, SVCC was, at the time, the San Francisco Bay Area's first and largest multi-genre convention. Upon receiving our press credentials, I led a crew comprised of myself as the main videographer and editor, a backup videographer, a sound technician, a co-producer, and a production assistant through a fun-yet-exhausting weekend filming and interviewing some of the most important figures in pop culture (including Drew Struzan, Buzz Aldrin, and Adam Savage). This is a one-minute trailer I put together the day after the convention ended to promote the full coverage video.
